FTP-Stream offers four optional modules.

1. Automations provides tools to manage a busy site including:

   • Configurable email notifications triggered when files are uploaded or downloaded by a specified user or when transfers take place from or to a specified folder. The sender, recipient and email body are all configurable per notification rule.
   • Automatic deletes – setup rules to delete files and empty folders over X days old.

2. Encryption provides transfers using the three encrypted protocols: HTTPS, FTPS, and SFTP.

3. Virus Checker. All uploaded files are scanned for virues and other malware on the server. Infected files are moved to a quarantine directory and a notification is sent to the site administrator.

4. Access Tools provides controls over user password policy with the following options:

   • Allow / disallow users to change their passwords on your Stream web page.
   • Force users to change their password on first login.
   • Force users to change their password after X days.
   • Force strong passwords.
   • Lockout after X failed login attempts.

You can add any or all of these options now, or add them at any time on the control panel, go to Service Portfolio under My Account.
