Privacy Policy

Maytech take the greatest care to ensure the security and privacy of customer data. All customer intereaction on our website is on secure (SSL) pages.

We never sell or pass on your personal or company details to anyone else for marketing purposes, although our representatives may hold this data to process your order and maintain your account.

Contract Periods and Recurring Billing

Maytech sells services by the month, quarter or year. The billing period and the contract period are the same. So if you signup for a service with monthly billing your contract is for one month with no ongoing committment.

Payment is due when you signup or renew and can be made online by credit card, bank transfer or the further methods identified on your invoice.

A renewal invoice is generated 14 days before your service expires, an e-mail notification is sent to the billing contact with a link to your billing area where you will have the option to: 1) Renew your service and pay the invoice, 2) Change your billing frequency and renew for a different period, 3) Cancel your service, in which case the renewal invoice is voided and the service will cease at the end of the billing period.

Refund Policy

If for any reason we are unable to provide or maintain service levels as defined in our SLA, you have the right (in addition to the rights to compensation set out in the SLA) to cancel your contract with us and to claim a refund in respect of the unexpired portion of the relevant contract term.
