Customer feedback has been behind the development of our Youtube integration feature and secure synchronisation with services such as Oracle and Mulesoft for easier management of distributed data (see here and help us decide what we should do next).

  • 100% of respondents believe that our staff go the extra mile to help them and are knowledgeable about our file sharing products
  • 96.7% of respondents would or have already recommended us to a friend or business partner

We aim to be responsive to requests and go the extra mile at all times, which we know our customers appreciate and is one of the reasons they continue to work with and recommend us.
